My name is Justin I’m 19 years old. Here is my story, about three years ago I went to a birthday party in Bel-Air and I was jumped by a group of guys. They beat me until I was unconscious. They continued to beat my head in with a crutch and baseball bat, I was almost beaten to death. I was then dragged off the Bel-Air Estate unconscious and left for dead in some neighbors bushes. I was found by police and E.M.T.’s and that is when my dad received the call.

My Dad who is a single father of three couldn’t believe this was happening. I was in a coma held in the I.C. unit for a week. I woke up to some of the most unbearable pain I could have ever imagined. My father has provided us with everything we ever needed, we always had a great roof over our heads, we never wanted for anything. When it came to my case we went up against families that could afford the sharks for lawyers. After regaining some type of normalises we found a lawyer to pursue my case, three of kids are now convicted criminals. My lawyer being more concerned about money then my well being was more focused on higher compensation for herself and took more then what was legally owed to her.
